Return of Equipment. Harassment by Virgin

Why do Virgin keep pestering me by text and Email for equipment I have returned. I have the Yodel receipt. Its a pain in the arse.

Really sorry to hear that you've received another text @rollocks 

Does the Yodel tracking show that the equipment has been returned? 

Can you advise when you sent back the equipment to us?

Hey rollocks, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

If you have sent us this back sometimes our warehouse may have not scanned this in that's all, so please do not worry.

Having same issue. A chap from Virgin collected a box containing v4 router, 2 v6 boxes and 4 remotes. I keep getting emails and texts that I have not returned the v6 boxes. 

Hopefully corrects itself soon

That's a good question. It says it still en route to Virgin. 2 weeks ago this parcel was dropped off. Mind you Yodel are useless and personally would never send anything with them

Once the equipment is received, any charges will be removed from the account. Keep an eye on the Yodel tracking site and if you're still getting text messages after it shows the equipment has been returned, we can investigate further if needed.
