Return of Equipment. Harassment by Virgin

Why do Virgin keep pestering me by text and Email for equipment I have returned. I have the Yodel receipt. Its a pain in the arse.

    Does the Yodel tracking show that the equipment has been returned? 

    Can you advise when you sent back the equipment to us?

    If you have sent us this back sometimes our warehouse may have not scanned this in that's all, so please do not worry.

      Yodel tracking say equipment still en route to Virgin 3 weeks after equipment dropped off. Now get a letter from Virgin saying I have my TV and phone back hoch I cancelled and the bill is £116 a month!!. Absolutely crap service

    Having same issue. A chap from Virgin collected a box containing v4 router, 2 v6 boxes and 4 remotes. I keep getting emails and texts that I have not returned the v6 boxes. 

    Hopefully corrects itself soon

  • I cancelled in April,was harassed for payment of £185 on 9th of July, payed it on the understanding that this was the full and final payment to close my account only for today to be called again to say I owe more money, after a lengthy conversation it was agreed that I owe nothing as I wanted to cancel in April but I received a call again at 16-30 this evening telling me I owe more money and then hung up,this, in my eyes is considered fraud and harassment,by the way my original contract ended in October 2018.
