Renewing contract online

My contract ends 23.11.24. I have clicked to renew my package online. Page says I will receive an email confirming this but nothing received, this was 2 days ago. Every time I go into my account it says to renew my package.

If you've renewed online through My VM or via an email offer that was sent to you, once you've agreed to the terms and conditions, these orders go to a back office team who apply the deal. This can take up to 14 days to process and they'll send you an email confirming the change has been made.

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the package change you're experiencing. 😢
Our online renewal process can take up to 2 weeks to go live, which is when you'll receive contract information and documents.

If after two weeks you get nothing, let us know and we'll investigate the matter.

Hi there, too little too late. I have decided to go with another provider. Customer support by VM is diabolical. I have spent hours going round and round with what’s app, chat bots and not able to speak to anyone so my contract will cease on 21.11.24
