I've accepted a renewal offer on the website and received an email confirmation of the order no material change, just renewing the same package for 18months, and adding Sky UHD package. I assumed activation would be pretty much immediate but no update since, not even a date

The website still keeps saying that my contract is up for renewal, so it's not even updated.

Is this normal?

Hi, 

In light of the prior post, can you please confirm that I won't have the same issue? I cannot wait for two weeks only to find out that VM decided to renege on the contract.

Same renewed mine on Tuesday , got the pre contract details but no new contract , and the app are still showing my old contract and price , said it would take 24hrs then 48hrs and now this morning on twitter it could take several days to be updated.

So there's an update 

On the plus side, it went through today so that's a little over a week.

On the minus side, they tried to overcharge me and change the terms. Instead of Netflix Premium, they switched me to Netflix Standard with ads. So I'm definitely going to raise a complaint about that.
