I had an email asking me to renew my contract 3 months early. I was quoted £86 and bill comes for £91. Two hours to resolve that with customer services. Now sat down to watch the match and TNT has been removed. So I am paying more for less channels - had I not renewed I would have had TNT until my contract originally ended in January. This is a total con to charge £18 for TNT

TNT is only inclusive on Maxit, which is now a legacy package. Any change to that will result in moving to the current equivalent, which is Mega, and on which TNT is chargeable.
You have a statutory 14days "change of mind" right of cancellation on all distance sales in the UK, this applies to VM contracts. Otherwise if you have screenshots etc, demonstrating "no change", then you may have a case for inclusion under mis-selling.
