Register Power of Attorney

I need to register a power of attorney, I have an access code but not sure how to go about registering it so that I can manage my father's account.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

Sorry to hear about your Fathers health condition. 

Adding a power of attorney to the account is able to be done by clicking on the link here 

Go to the header, Extra Support & services - Power of Attorney and other Court Appointed Third Party Account Management 

Full details will be advised on how to add this.

How long does it normally take to get some kind of response to sending the request to the email address that is included within that info, I sent the required info on the 19th of Sept and not heard anything back yet,
