Virgin not registering my Power of Attorney
My parents are Virgin Media customers. They are both frail, and cannot easily deal with Virgin Media. I have access to their online accounts, and have been trying to register my Lasting Power of Attorney on the account over the last 7 months.
First I emailed Virgin as per their instructions on 15/9/24, sending them the relevant documents. I received no reply, including after chasing them. I then sent a physical letter to Virgin's official POA address, including documentation, using registered post. Letter was signed for on 12/3/25. Again, I have had no response.
Is there a way to escalate this, as frankly it's ridiculous. I now have the POA document registered online, so can provide an access code if needed.
