Register Lasting Power of Attorney

Please could someone let me know how I go about registering an LPA for my elderly father's Virgin Media account?  The LPA is the paper version, not digital.  Thanks

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.

    We can register the LPA for you from here, providing you have the 13 character LPA Access Code.

    If I send you a private message to take the relevant details for both the LPA and the account that it needs to be added to.

    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen that would be great.

    Hi - this was supposed to have been passed to the correct department two months ago, but I still haven't heard anything from them.  Please advise.  Thanks.
