Hi there,
I used the Refer a friend offer with Virgin Media to get my neighbour to sign up to Virgin Media. He did so on 25th September 2024
It has now been more than 60 days and so we should be getting our £50 rewards. I have logged on to the Aklamio website and there is no reward.
I have phoned the 2 numbers given both by a Virgin staff member and on this site:https://virginmediatech.aklamio.com/
020 4586 6000 and 01576 820030
Neither number work. I have emailed Aklamio but have had no response.
I'm beginning to lose the will to live with all the time I have spent on this.
I expect better of a company like Virginmedia. I should not have to be wasting my time chasing this. It should be automatic. I have seen postings where people have waited 8 months with no reward. This makes VM look like rip off merchants. It's so unprofessional.
Can somebody please help?
