My contract is due to end and the price hike was high. I decided to move to Sky for a much better deal. Trying to cancel via chat I was persuaded to stay with a better package for £64 - more than half what I’d been quoted. No documentation was received but when chasing up the paying via chat I was told that the best they could do was the same deal fire £84! An increase of £20 per month over 3 days! I’m pretty disgusted - been a customer for 20 years.
