In the same boat, as are many by the looks of things. Cancelled back in August 2022, Virgin did not log the cancellation so they continued to bill me.. I refused to pay after the months notice that I have so they have now added a default on my credit file which I have not seen on Experian or credit karma. It’s only until now I’ve applied for a mortgage and got declined all over £64 which virgin claim that I owe, when I don’t. Their customer service is diabolical, trying to put in a complaint and they hang up on you. Email a complaint and you get no response. They should never be allowed to do this
