Purchase adult by mistake

Hi just updated to 360 on browsing all channels I think I purchased an adult channel by mistake ,no warning or anything can some one help on this

Welcome to the community forums. 

Sorry to hear of concerns with a purchase you've possibly made. There's two pins that need to be entered to first enter a channel showing adult content and another to make a payment. Did you enter a pin(s) do you remember? If not, then no purchase would've been made.

Only entered my pin once but I'm 99% sure it said you can now watch channel at a given time , I suppose I can just phone cust service and ask if I have a charge ... lesson learned..thanks anyway lol

We can double check this for you at our side but depending on when this happened, it can take a few days for these purchases to show at our side. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.

I was browsing the many new and interesting features on my newly upgraded television box when I suddenly and unexpectedly stumbled upon an adult channel having accidentally sat on the remote control and in so doing entered the correct pin number twice.
