I wanted to pay on the 12th but had to promise to pay on 10th. I still can’t till 12th. Furthermore, my services will be restricted at midnight on the 9th not 10th. All I wanted was to pay on 12th what is it with virgin?

I have reached out and there’s nothing can be done. 48 hours and virgin said no, cost of living crisis Christmas etc and no to 48 hours.
it’s not so much the no but the attitude that accompanied it.
