Price increase discount

Since the price increase announcement, has anyone been able to get a discount applied to counteract the price increase amount and without having to re-negotiate and commit to a new contract?

Last year, if you phoned through to customer service, the automated service would offer you a discount.

I’m aware that the terms & conditions factor in the price increase. Just curious if anyone has been successful

Hi james-28,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

The way we handle price increases changed last year and moving forward, a customer’s bill will change from April each year in line with the RPI rate announced in the preceding February +3.9%.

If you're unhappy then we can do a package review to see if there is a new package deal for you but this will mean a new minimum term. We will need to confirm some information with you in order for us to proceed with this.

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Thanks,
