I signed up for 1gb last night at £45 a month as a new customer, after the price being £41 all week leading up to it. I thought I'd just missed some kind of offer and went ahead at £45 but today I see the price is £41 again. I've tried ringing but without an account number or anything I can't seem to get through to see if I can get the price changed or cancel and sign up again at the lower price. Any help is appreciated

I'm still waiting for my services to be installed, I have a self install kit being delivered on the 31st of this month.

Thank you for that information. It may be worth calling our Pre-install team via 0800 052 1734 to see if they can amend the deal.
I cannot guarantee it but they maybe able to help.
