Pre Contract Documents

On our wavelength

Hi, I've recently had an email from Virgin offering me a new deal for my services. I clicked on it to see what the price was that was being offered but didn't click accept as the details of the services on the new deal didn't match my current package. I have now received some 'Pre Contract Documents' that look a lot like I have accepted the deal.  Does this mean I have entered into a new contract or not as I hadn't intended to?

Cheers.

Hi djmagnifique,

If you don't "accept" the pre- contract agreement no changes would be made.

Hey djmagnifique, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

I have taken a look and I can see you've spoke to this team since this post, did they manage to help at all?

New around here?

HI, I have not spoken to the team since my original post.  I did speak to them before posting as my contract is expiring in a several weeks to see what offers were available (this should be visible in the notes as the advisor said it would be noted).  It is not related to my query about the Pre Contract Documents which I received via email on 26/08/24 however didn't notice the email until recently.

I hope this information is helpful.

Thank you for confirming that for me.  Apologies for the delay in replying, the email notification was sent to the spam folder on the Virgin email server.

No problem at all @djmagnifique  Glad to have been able to help 🙂
