Can someone PM me please? My father in law has dementia and I am trying to help sort out his account as I have a power of attorney for him. His current package only seems to include broadband and phone line but looks very expensive.

I've moved your post from the "chatter & natter" section you'd used, to the account management forum which is generally staff monitored.
You should be aware that package renegotiations are usually outside the remit of forum staff, and you should contact VM on 150 (from a VM line) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) to discuss your father-in-law's contract.
The forum staff may well be able to assist in confirming that your POA is registered, and that telephone agents can use it.

Upon digging further for another thread with the same query, there is an email address listed for POA registrations under https://www.virginmedia.com/help/accessibility under "extra support & services" > "power of attorney"
