Paid twice, manually and DD

Hi, I hope someone can help me understand this, I accidentally paid twice via pay manually and after I did that a direct debit also took place on my bank, how does Credit works? Or is there any chance I can have it back to my bank account? Thanks!

Most likely scenario is that VM will not take next months Direct Debit. A VM staff member will get to your post in a day or two.

As mentioned below this is what would  happen.

It would just go as credit on the account, if you did want it back as a refund contact your bank and they will claim it back for you.
