Hi, i paid my bill twice this month by accident as I paid though the mobile app and after card verification it timed out. So thought payment failed and went through the process again , when I looked at my bank there was 2 payments made . Can I get a refund? Thanks

I believe VM do not do refunds, just add a credit entry to your account. Therefore you will not have to pay next month. Direct Debits are always the best and easiest way to pay.

Hi, yes i did phone and speak to someone straight after it happened, the operator said that the duplicate payment would be returned to my bank within 48 hrs.

We don't offer refunds, and if the agent did do this it would take 3- 5 working days like any refund its not instant.
If you ring your bank up to start the claim they would be able to advise.
