I have the same issue, renewal offer stated clearly I won’t lose anything, and the first I know about this is an email from Netflix saying my package has changed. Contract document clearly states Netflix standard and no mention of Ads…
Please can someone from VM reach out and let me know how they are going to fix this

Hey ABT77, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear there is a package problem.
Our packages now do come with Netflix with Ads as standard unless its stated you are getting it without Ads.
You can also upgrade the Netflix package if you wish.
Can I just confirm what does your confirmation state sorry, does it mention anywhere you would get Netflix without ads?

Hi Matt,
First I knew was an email from Netflix saying I was downgraded. None of the contract information or summaries when I renewed mentioned any changes - all simply referred to Netflix- see below
