Package change fee

Hi. I agreed to go back on 18 mnth contract in return for a reduction in subscription. I had been 

off contract since 2022.

I have been charged £2.08 package change fee. Is this normal / right. I didnt change

any other aspect of my package.

Hey stablio00, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

This package change will be your pro rota cost for example if you was half way through your old package and you changed to your new one it would be the pro rota for that.
