Hi all!
I just signed the contract a few months ago, and I'm using the android app to manage my account settings and bills.
I have broadband only M250.
Probably when I just installed the app first time, i went to check what other packages avalaible and how much it costs.
I haven't changed any packages, but on the bill I have extra 10 pounds charge for package changes.... I thought it just a mistake, but the second bill came same as well.
Can anyone help me out with that please?

Are your bills reflecting the price you agreed to sign up to?
Sometimes out terminology on our bills can be confusing
