As many other users, I moved home a few months ago. Long story short, I got a new contract without asking for anything new and was overcharged after being advised by the agent to ignore the bill with an incorrect charge. I've been trying to get a refund since then and get the original ending date for my contract, but I never manage to get this done. Please help.
