I move from my fomal apartment in welwyn garden city to my new apartment in Hemel Hempstead on 15th of November 2023, and I contacted VM. of it the next thing the customers care lady said was i will pay £108 + £20 moving fees. I asked her £108 for what? She couldn't explained it. I disagree with the unexplained charges. She hung the call and later called back to apologise for her mistake and she said i will only pay a moving fees of £20. To my surprise when my bill came it was £128 instead of my monthly bill £27. I called virgin media customer service several times to complained about it, but nothing was done about it. My call was cut off several times. This month again I was debited £73.99 again claiming they gave me discount. instead of my usual £27 aggreed contract. When I checked my bill to know what the £128 stand for which are these below

Volt M250 Fibre Broadband
Telephone Line Rental
TNT Sports and moving fees
But to my surprise I did not request for any of these service. I dont have any of there service apart from Tv 360 box and Broadband in my apartment which i have being using from my previous address. I never agreed to any new contract with VM. why is my money been debited with no reason because i do pau with direct debit.Please I need advice on what to do because they are not ready to stop and refund my money. Because we have an agreed contract which I have never default in paying my money. They are charging me £108 without any agreed contract.
