Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your services.
As much as we would love to, we can't offer a 100% fault free service. We do however promise to fix faults as quickly as possible.
Would you like to raise a complaint about the experience that you've had with the outages that you have mentioned.
