I’m going round in circles trying to get a pod … done the connect app test and I'm getting 5 & 6 speeds in two of the rooms, the app told me took me to website to order but that directs me back to the app. Tried on chat but didn’t get further than a bot. Is there any other way to get the first one sent out?

Hi. I got my first pod by calling 0345 454 1111. Then going down the technical issue route for broadband. Spoke to a real person. Explained connect app does not help identify the blackspot. They've ordered me a black pod 👍🏾

Sorry to hear you had WiFi issues that caused a requirement for a pod. It's great that you're getting the help you need. For future reference, if you have a landline service with ourselves, you can call us free on 150.
