Ordered virgin media - no welcome or contract received

Hi I ordered virgin media yesterday but there is an exsting account at my property I have just moved in to I placed my order as I have only recieved and pre-contract and a order summery say my activation date is 05/01/2024 but no welcome letter or contract or delivery details

Hi there, I'm having the exact same issue. Please could a mod assist me. ordered on 4 April with a provisional connection date of 9/4/24 but nothing received in terms of contract or equipment delivery. Any help would be much appreciated
