Ordered new broadband but can’t create account

Hello,

I’m new and ordered broadband, the router delivery was supposed to be today (Friday 17 Nov). However, I can’t sign up to make an account as I don’t have an account number or area reference. So I’m unable to check on the delivery or contact anyone.

I need the broadband ASAP!

Please can someone help me?

Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're waiting on the delivery of your services. We wouldn't advise setting up an online account until the services have been installed and activated as you won't be able to do anything on the online account until then anyway. Have you had any contact today about the delivery?

The only email I have received was the order confirmation on the 3rd Nov, and have heard nothing since. I haven’t received any delivery email, and since I can’t create an account I can’t check on this order status.

What should I do in this case?

Sorry to be a pain but I have also had this issue! 

I have also not yet received the 2 Wi-Fi boosters the salesman said I’d receive 😞
