Hi, not sure if this is the right place for this but I ordered an upgrade for tv, broadband and phone today and I've somehow done it twice and had two different order confirmations and I'm just wondering if this means I'll be charged twice?

Sorry there's some confusion with your upgrade. If you've made two separate orders it would most likely be the last order you did that would then be updated on your account.
Online orders take around 10 days to be applied so it's not something we'd be able to see yet. Is the latest contract you received the wrong one?
