Oops something went wrong

I have been trying to amend my direct debit details but every time it shows oops something went wrong. 

This page has not worked for months. I have tried Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. 

Cleared cookies and cache multiple times and still the same error message. 

Spoken to chat and every time they assume I want them to amend the details which not one of my messages has asked them to amend the details I want to amend them myself online via my account but it isn’t working. 

They close the chat and offer no assistance been on chat 4 times now. 


I do not want to call up as the waiting time is always long.
