Hi All I was recently sent an offer to upgrade my M350 (volt boosted to M500) to 1gb, + new hub 5 for £3.99 per month so I jumped at the chance, I placed the order online on the 1st November and received a new contract showing the speed increase and new charges, and so far I have heard nothing, called support and they couldn't see any new order on my account, am I being to eger or should I raise this with customer service, and confirm if my order was processed
