Hi,
Is there a way of deleting my username, or linking my new account number to my old username please?
I am a returning customer, and have been given a new account number. But my online VM Account username is linked to my old account number.
I tried making a new account but the system stops me because it insists it already knows me and that I already have an account. Tried sending a message over the live chat and was told it's not possible. I tried to apply a bit of pressure and got thanked for my feedback that they will pass on to another department, but they then disconnected my chat before clarifying if that means they have sent it to another department to fix for me, or if they literally just took my comments as 'feedback'.
Is there something I can do from my end to resolve this please? Right now I can't even see my first bill or anything - Something which I really want to do because my contract summary doesn't look quite how I was expecting it to look.
