Hi,
I got an email saying my contract was up for renewal and when I log in, it says the same and offers me a pretty good deal. However, I am only 12 months into an 18 month contract. I have looked at the contract from last July and it says 18 months.
I contacted them and was told I was on a rolling contract as my existing one had expired but then I got someone else, it said I was still in contract until January.
I wouldn't mind renewing as it's a decent deal but don't want any issues of "early exit fee" if I take out a new contract.
Any help would be great, thanks.

I usually wait until my last week. Ring them up and see if this offer will be for the next 18 months after your current ends.

You can upgrade or make changes to your package at anytime but that would enter you into a new 18 month contract.
