No welcome email

Hi,

I signed up to Virgin Media today, but I have a customer service question about the installation and haven't received a welcome email with an account number or area code.

I have received my pre contract documents and a text saying that my kit will be with me by 13th. Is there a timeframe for when a welcome email might arrive?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to hear you haven't received a welcome letter/ email, this is generally sent around 5 days after signing up, it can take a little while for the system to update.

This can go to your spam folder, when searching type Virgin Media in all mail.
