No welcome email

Settling in

Hi I joined VM on the 12th of this month and due to have installed this Saturday but I STILL am yet to receive a welcome email with my account details. I cannot speak to anyone on the phone and I am becoming increasingly frustrated with this. Please could you help me out with this?
