Hi
I placed an order for a new router on the 31st of October, with an estimated delivery time of 5 days. The box hasn't arrived yet and I have just realised I never received a confirmation email. However the order definitely went through (I got the "blast of" screen). Not sure if I should order another one or what to do.

Sorry to hear that you've not received confirmation of your new hub order. Was this a deal you saw on your Virgin Media online account or was this a marketing email that was offered and you ordered through?
Have you received any communications from Yodel at all?
Double-check your spam/junk folders just in case any communications have gone into those folders.

Sorry I should have clarified, I am a new customer; this was one of the student deals, which is why I don't want to order again. No I have not received any communication.

You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop down.
