I just purchased virgin media and received a contract without account no and area number hence I cant set up an online account. Please help.

I have the same issue, please can you assist. I received a contract via email a month ago however have had no further emails from Virgin Media confirming set up date etc. I cannot use the phone line as I do not have an account number or area code as the initial email did not provide this.
