Hi, I am having the exact same issue. Received a box and started services at the start of last week (14th), but haven't received a welcome email, and can't register to set up payments or view my contract details.
Could you help?

Are you getting any kind of error message or code when trying to register or log in to your My VM account?
It would be good to know if the email address you are using to register has previously been linked to a services account with us. (If this is the case, we will just need to get it transferred over to your current account so you can use this as your new login.)
