Due to renew contract and never been able to access my virgin media account. Does not recognise me email address. Fed up now as I have rang and tried all option.

Sorry to hear that you've not been able to access your online account.
Where are you seeing the error that your email is not recognised? If it is within the log in options, it may be that you have not registered for an online account.
If you have not registered for an online account, please use the link here and use your email and account number and area reference to register for online services. You can see your account number and area reference on your contract information we sent via email when you agreed the contract as well as some other correspondences.

That does not work either, it shows my email address as having an account, but when i try to sign in it wont accept my password and then i reset my password and you do not send me a password reset to my registered email address, all a muddle really!!

Hi Dawn,
As you advised your Email shows you already have an account, was this Email registered to a previous Virgin Media account?
If this is the case you would need to use a different one to set up the new Online Account.
