No Welcome E-Mail

Hi,

I recently got a text saying “Hi there. The email address we have for you no longer exists.
Sign in or register at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia to update your sign in details to a verified email”. I went to log in and it asked for my account number and area reference from the welcome email. I haven’t received this and now can’t make the account.

Thanks, it isn’t a phishing one though. It was with the text to set up something for my broadband which they came out and did the other day. I have the same issue when trying to log into the app.
