New pakage- over charged no pods

On our wavelength

Hi I re contracted a couple of weeks ago yo 350 broadband pakage. I and so got the free WiFi pods. Shouls have be £44 The pod haven't ben delivered. In and I was charge £66 for my recent bill. 


I tryed online chat but no luck 

Please can you correct my bill.

I have also notice my WiFi consistently cuts out recently so was surprised to see I was charge the full coat for the month as iv had to upgrade me 02 mobile phone to unlimited to use that as my WiFi is unreliable

Sorry to hear you're having issues with you renewal. 

Did you renew your contract through your online account or directly with an agent? If you did this online it can take a between 10 - 14 working days to complete. 

Did you receive a confirmation of the order. like a contract summary sheet/information sheet?

i ordered online on 9 may 24. I have recieved pre-contract in email. I recontracted 02 at same time so know it was done for volt. 


What does this state?

Did it confirm the order went through okay? 

Has anything changed at all?

Well my Internet is 350. So I assume it went through would be helpful if someone at virgin would look at My  account maybe.
