Hi folks,
I had a new install on Saturday and all went smoothly. I was told it was a 500mb connection by the rep who called at the door when i signed up for VM, but now having checked my contract its 350.
How soon can you upgrade the line? I assume its after the 14 day cool off period?

Sorry for the late reply. Im not overly worried about the mix up, but would like to upgrade to the 500 package as it is still a good price if on offer.
I cant seem to do this through the account and the chatbot takes me around in circles!
