Hi all I've just joined VM via telephone, and have noticed on the contract the agent has miss spelt my last name putting it down as Howell instead of Cowell. I was also told that they would send out an engineer the day after my equipment was delivered to connect it up as although their is VM to the house it has been terminated outside and so needs cable into house and connection box installed, but on my account no engineer visit is showing, only self install equipment order for Monday
I have contacted VM via whatapp/chat yesterday explaining these two issues and have been told my name mistake has been passed onto the relevant department who will email shortly and they have booked an engineer to install on Tuesday.
I have not received any email regarding the name correction and there is no engineer appointment showing in my VM account.
Anyone any suggestions as to what to do regarding these two issues as I don't want to be waiting around for a couple of hours on chat unnecessary, or am I just being a little inpatient as I only managed to speak to VM at 8.00pm yesterday.
