New contract

On our wavelength

I have received an email over the weekend to say I need to renew my contract but I haven't received anything in letter form so I am unsure if its legitimate. Can't my current contract just automatically renew? It also says my payment method is dd but that's not how I pay,I use the automated phone service. Advise please.

What you've advised that you've received is either an End of Contract documentation, advising the contract is ending in thirty days and what the prices will be or it's just to state you're due an upgrade :).
