Wondering why the services are missing after accepting a new contract recently?

We're sorry to hear that the app hasn't updated with your other services as of yet. It can sometimes take some time. When logging in to My VM via a browser, do you get the same thing? Just to confirm too, are your other services live and active?

As far as I can see the website is different the contract covers what I agreed, it says I have 2 pods and I have 3. All services are ok at present.

I think it's best if we check this out a little further as you should be able to view the correct contract online via My VM and via the app.
If at the time the contract was produced, you only had 2 pods then the contract would be correct.
In order to check things out further, I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊

Hi will pm you with details, I have always had 3 pods it's just the new contract says two, my responses are delayed as emails going into spam despite changing spam settings.
