New contract I did not ask for
Hello,
I logged into my virgin media yesterday to look at an offer you had for me. I was not interested and was actually looking at how I cancel my services as I do not use the phone or the TV.
However , my Mrs informed me today that I have an email stating I have signed up to a new 18 month contract. How is this the case as I didn't confirm anything?
In short I wish to cancel the new contract. Can you help?
