New Recent Contract Update - Billing

Hi, so in early Feb I got a email (pics attached) about a contract/deal that i could sign up to before my contract ran out. 

As you can see it says - same deal same price. Wicked - signed up. Then as unfortunately, we know what VM can sometimes be like, i rang to confirm everything will remain the SAME. I think i said it probably 5 times over 2 calls just to make sure. Somthing was niggling me so i rang to make sure to find out that TNT sports is now longer within my package and to add £18 to get it... Nope Nope Nope - give me my old contract back (i am within the 14 day off cooling period) after the lady didnt really want to help and me asking to escalte... she hung up.

Called back got a great lad - he said will listen back to call and sort. Few days and nothing... rang back and got another good lad... ok i will ask him to call you or i can sort it... i will add the credit on for the period of the contract. Cool!

Just got bill... no credit... HELP!!!
