Hi,
Looking for a bit of advice of where to find out information. As I was reaching end of current contract I went through chat and have signed up to a new contract - Volt Maxit?. Both old and new package is split between a Virgin Media charge and O2 sim card charge. I haven't seen any confirmation of whether I shall retain the existing O2 sim, and O2 site still shows existing (significantly higher) O2 billing information. Is there any way I can confirm that the O2 bit is unchanged (ie, I don't end up paying for two sims) and that the new pricing is in place for the O2 element?
