Hi, there so I’m a new VM customer and I received my kit yesterday but I haven’t received my welcome email, so I don’t know my account number or area reference number?
I ordered my kit on the 1st of August but theres been no email or anything,
I would appreciate it if you could take a look.

I'm sorry to hear you've not got your account number or area reference number yet. Do you have any documentation at all regarding the bundle you've taken out with us? You should find it detailed there. It'd also be worth checking your spam/junk folder in case it's gone there by mistake.

Yes thank you for your reply,
I’ve checked my spam and bin folder theres nothing there, the only documentation I’ve received is the pre-contract document, even though both account number or area reference are blank in that contract information sheet.
