New Contract

Hi,

I called Virgin on Thursday last week, to discuss a new contract.

This was all done etc, but I haven't received an email confirmation with all the details and to confirm the telephone conversation (like I've had in the past).

When I log into the account on here, it doesn't show the new contract but does show a partial refund.

Can it be checked that the new contract is in place?

Thanks

Tony

OK, so i had contact with a forum staff member who said:

Re: New Contract

It looks like they haven't added it for the duration, rather than reset the whole thing again, can you contact me here during the month it expires and I will get it manually added to remain at the £134.25 for the remainder of the deal?

and when i contact them as the price has changed, i get this:

You're receiving this message as you recently sent a private message to one of our staff members.

Will this message be deleted too?

Hi toneh

Thanks for your post, apologies for any confusion caused there. This will just be because you've not spoken with Rob in a while, so your direct message has been classed as 'unsolicited'.

Don't worry, I will pop you a private message now so I can continue from where Rob left off and help you further.
