New Contract Set Up in a Jiffy

Hello all

after an iffy start with a Virgin Customer Service advisor who eventually disconnected me due to the fact we could not understand each other, I rang back and luckily got a customer service who was brilliant. Without any faffing about he set me up in a new 18 month contract at the same price I am paying now, less Sky Sports etc which I did not need anyway but kept Sky Cinema at no extra cost to me. Now, I know there have been a lot of complaints about Virgin Customer Service, but this time I got a gem, a big thank you to whoever it was.
